How it works
Add ingredients to a roll and set each one's quantity and unit. Mark ingredients as base (inside/rice) or on-top to describe how the roll is assembled.
Choose how many pieces the roll is cut into, and optionally set an output weight to get an accurate price per kilogram.
As you build, the roll shows its cost, profit, cost %, and margin in real time. Colors reflect the target margin you set in Settings, and a suggested price helps you hit it.
Make a roll public and it's shared with everyone straight away — no waiting for approval. Save others' rolls to your list, or duplicate one into your own collection to tweak it. Our team reviews public rolls and may leave you a suggestion to improve them.
